Conflict in Families

Children internalise the way their parents model conflict and conflict resolution if there is any resolution.

Some parents model conflict by tearing each other down, name calling, blame, yelling, deflecting and criticising.

The problem with this is when children become adults and form their own romantic relationships, they play out the conflict model they were conditioned to by their parents or they attract someone who uses the same conflict model.

If you would like better for your children’s relationships, think about the legacy you are leaving behind for your children to follow.
